Requirements

    • – Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
    • – Over 5 year’s experience in Java development
    • – Experience in designing and developing modern distributed applications
    • – Experience in Java 8/Spring 4.x, SpringBoot/RabbitMQ/OracleDB, MongoDB/microservice architecture/JUnit
    • – Critical thinking ability

About the Job
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building forward-looking relationships with J-Pay’s merchants and working in partnership with the merchant to facilitate growth. You will be responsible for understanding the merchant’s needs, delivering a unique personable service, and working alongside the merchant to continually identify opportunities to grow and tweak performance. As an individual, you need to be creative, highly motivated, and have a willingness to continually push the boundaries of the way we work to ensure we (and you) remain truly customers first. You will report to J-Pay’s Head of Business Growth and be based in our Cyprus Office.

    • – Build Relationshipsacross J-Pay and within the Merchant Teams to ensure J-Pay continually meets the needs of the merchant and works in a collaborative way to drive growth

Objectives:
The main responsibility of the Merchant Service Manager of Unlimit Ltd. is to act as an efficient and main point of contact for merchants’ operational questions, including a wide variety of technical and operational requests. The manager follows and helps to develop service standards and monitoring processes to identify and resolve performance issues with the team or service systems and procedures.
 

Responsibilities:

    • – Manage daily operational relationships with merchants and be the first point of contact, influencing merchants’ perception of service quality.
    • – Manage merchants’ operational queries and issues to successful resolution.
    • – Proactively educate merchants on various topics including using and navigating Unlimit’s portals, reports, and reconciliation.
    • – Troubleshoot, analyze, resolve, track, escalate, and document various technical problems.
    • – Monitor and report on processing performance.
    • – Collect merchant feedback and share it with internal teams to identify potential new features or solutions.
    • – Work with various internal stakeholders to resolve client inquiries and guarantee high-quality project delivery.
    • – Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer journey/experience.
    • – Optimize and automate processes, with a strong focus on scalability.
    • – Be an internal product advocate, track product processes, and contribute to the platform by providing feedback and issues received from merchants.

 

Requirements:

    • – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • – Proven experience in Merchant Service or customer service roles.
    • – Familiarity with the payment processing industry.
    • – Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • – Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • – Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • – Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
    • – Prior experience in process improvement and project management is a plus.
